Iyengar Yoga

Iyengar Yoga is characterized by the practice of asana and pranayama with an approach emphasizing precision and alignment, planned sequencing, timing and the use of props as needed. This approach allows people of varying ages, levels of health and fitness to enjoy the benefits which yoga can bring – the ability to face the physical, mental and emotional challenges of contemporary life with strength, vitality, mobility, thoughtfulness and equanimity.

  • Tuesday 4:00 – 5:00pm Gentle/Beginners Yoga
  • Tuesday 6:30 – 8:00pm Introductory Levels 1&2
  • Wednesday 9:30 – 11:00am Introductory Levels 1&2
  • Thursday 6:30 – 8:00pm Introductory Levels 1, 2 & 3
  • Friday 9:00 – 10:30am Introductory Levels 1&2

Yoga Prices

  • 6 class pass $84.00 Valid for 90 days
  • 1 class per week (4) $52.00
  • 2 classes per week (8) $96.00
  • Gentle/Beginners Yoga 4 classes $32.00
  • Student Rate (14 & up) 4 classes $32.00
  • Drop-ins Must give notice $15.00

Classes are to be used within the session, except the 6 class pass which is valid for 90 days and Gentle Yoga with can carry over since there is no opportunity to make up a missed class. Attend any and as many classes in the week as available. If you use up your classes you can pay for additional classes at $12.00 per class. Any questions or concerns please contact the studio.
